Fire safety awareness training is essential for the safety of your staff and business. It shows both a legal and moral duty of care.
‘Duty holders’ responsible for workplaces and other buildings with public access must adopt and ensure the right behaviours and procedures. Read more at hse.gov.uk.
All employees must receive fire safety awareness training when they start work during initial induction, then more thorough training and regular refresher training throughout their employment. You may also need to appoint and train Fire Marshals to support you fire safety procedures.
