I survived the festive season and am looking forward to a bright, healthy and busy new year as I hit the ground running. Happy New Year everyone. 😀
Working Together in 2014 and focused on training
In mid December, I delivered a program of training over 7 days, to 18 candidates, covering a host of topics that I’ve listed below for your perusal. The course had me thinking on my feet about the 2 day ‘working together’ part of the program. I dug deep into my own work life ethics, experiences, training and mentoring and put a program together that really worked. How do I know this? Because the feedback from the group was positive and reflective of their learning experience.
Using a variety of fun and interactive methods, I coached, explained, demonstrated discussed and reviewed what ‘working together’ means in the workplace. I am sure the team that they became, will hold strong in 2014 and be assets to their employers.
Some of the feedback at the end of the training:
I think the course as a whole was brilliant with a relaxed atmosphere and a group and tutor I felt comfortable with. I learnt alot and I am glad I had this opportunity. Learnt new interview techniques and all about food safety.

I think the course was interesting and good for confidence boost. Could have been a bit shorter but all in all was very good. Tutor was very good at explaining and helping out when stuck.

I thought that the course was very good. A steady learning pace. Good teamwork with the groups.
