Health and Safety Fines and Prosecutions

Latest health and safety fines and prosecutions from October published by SHP. These come from across multiple industries and work activities, including:

Warehousing
Gas safety
Tree felling
Vehicles in construction
Steel industry

Some interesting failures that did not always result in injury, but had the potential to do so.
