Michelle Hay Training Limited is offering a terrific Spring deal to get all your staff trained and a 3 year CIEH Food Safety level 2 qualification. Delivered in a fun, friendly and interactive way, in one day.

Food hygiene training is mandatory for all food handlers, following induction training. Chefs, catering assistants, waiting staff and porters alike will all benefit from this course.

By the end of the course, staff should have a broad knowledge of the following topics and be able to carry out their duties in a due diligent manner with regard to food safety and hygiene.

CIEH Food Safety Level 2 – Course Content

Using CIEH qualifications minimises the risk of litigation and can help to reduce insurance costs.

All successful level 2 learners will receive a CIEH 3 year qualification and certificate. (Annual refresher training is recommended).

All the food safety training is relevant to all employees, regardless of the food industry sector. Staff will have a real understanding of the need to work to avoid cross-contamination and food poisoning. At the end of the session you will have evidence of training to take back to the workplace.
