Michelle Hay Training Limited will get all your staff trained and a CIEH Food Safety training level 2 qualification. Delivered in a fun, friendly and interactive way in just one day. By the end of the course, staff will have a broad knowledge of the topics below and be able to carry out their duties in a due diligent manner with regard to food safety and hygiene.

Using CIEH qualifications minimises the risk of litigation and can help to reduce insurance costs.

All successful level 2 learners will receive a CIEH 3 year qualification and certificate. (Annual refresher training is recommended).

All the food safety training is relevant to all employees, regardless of the food industry sector. Staff will have a real understanding of the need to work to avoid cross-contamination and food poisoning. At the end of the session you will have evidence of training to take back to the workplace.
